Vehicles left unlocked.
During the evening hours of 3/5 through 3/6, several vehicles in Planterra Ridge subdivision were entered and items were stolen from them. Currently, it has been determined that a purse and a GPS unit were stolen; however, there could be more vehicles involved in this incident. The primary street that these incidents occurred on was Plantain Terrace.
All vehicles entered were left unlocked. Citizens are reminded to lock their vehicle and secure their property to help prevent becoming a victim of this crime.
